| A songwriter with a history of being 'borderline', goes over the edge. This story is about the conflicting and even comical juxsta-position of reality..with insane delusions, and spirit connections as seen mostly through the experiences of Briget; a musically gifted young girl whose incredibly, difficult struggling in life include dysfunctional parents, drug addictions, and an event leading to severe mental illness. Life, conspires against Briget's sanity. First; through a childhood event where her un-restrained anger, accidentally turns deadly, converting her alcoholic mother into an insidious enemy, then in a unique and tragic way the death of her husband and daughter, at the hand of alcohol. She continues spending years in and out of mental wards that lack spirituallity and the mis-understandings she finds there, as well as unsupportive parents, keep her in constant conflict. Will Briget triumph, harnessing her wild, will power as she again rises to yet another challenge? |
